In practice since 1970, Robert Gold is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology. After graduating from University of Maryland Dental School, Dr. Gold served his residency at Bronx Municipal Center & Hospital of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and has held numerous teaching positions including as an Instructor in Surgery at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Director of Dental Education at Saint Clare’s-Riverside Medical Center. Dr. Gold has published many clinical articles for publications such as the Journal of Oral Surgery and the Journal of Pedodontics. He is a member of numerous dental organizations, including the American Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, New Jersey Dental Association, New Jersey Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the American Dental Association. Dr. Gold is also a member of the American Society of Forensic Odontology and was part of the Dental Identification Team after the 9/11 attack on the World Trade Center. Dr. Gold is married with children and grandchildren. His hobbies include reading, cooking and gardening.
